A “painless” way to help your student and the Music Aides!

What is Scrip?

Gift certificates and prepaid cards - used just like cash at many local stores and restaurants.

Planning a vacation? Disney, Carnival Cruise Lines, Avis, American Airlines have cards, as do several hotels.

How does it work?

You buy the gift card or certificate through the Music Aides.

We place an order every other week and distribute the cards at Hospitality Knight.

Each participating store or restaurant has their own gift card – which they accept just like cash.

What’s the benefit?

The Music Aides are able to buy the cards at a discount.  We give some of that discount back to the students in their Student Credit account, and some is used to help the Music Aides fund the Marching and Indoor programs.

PLUS – you aren’t spending any more money than you would otherwise.   With cards available for many stores – you can use them for everyday expenses.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes! – We are now able to accept major credit cards!

After you complete your order form – click the Pay Now button above and fill in the amount of your order.  

FUNdraising is FUN when you can earn money for your own child!! The fundraisers listed below benefit both the Music Aides and the student--with 50% of the profits going directly into your child’s student account and 50% going toward the North Penn Music Aides.

You’ll be surprised at how quickly student credit can accumulate in your child’s student credit account from your fundraising efforts. Fundraising is a great way to raise money for the BIG TRIP which is every 3 years, as well as other NPMK expenses throughout the year (bus trips, band banquet, etc.)

We will be offering you continuous opportunities throughout the year to have FUN and raise money for your child and NPMA, as follows:

ON-GOING FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

Gift Cards:

Acme--in increments of $20.00

Giant—$20.00 gift cards

Purchase gift certificates through NPMA and use them to make ALL of your grocery purchases at these stores and your student earns student credit. It all adds up! Kirk Horstman is coordinating and is available at the end of most evening rehearsals and at Hospitality Night. Separate checks, made payable to NPMA, must be used for each different store.

WAWA COUPONS

WAWA coupons can be purchased at any time through NPMA. Each coupon is $3.50 and is good for a Shortie Hoagie at any WaWa at any time (no expiration date). Students get 50 cents in student credit for each WaWa coupon purchased through the NPMA.

KOHL’S CERTIFICATES:

You can pre-purchase Kohl’s cards in $10, $25, $50 and $100 increments from the NPMA to use for shopping or to pay your charge bill. If you don’t have Kohl’s cards on hand at the time of your purchase, simply use your Kohl’s Charge card and then purchase Kohl’s certificates from the NPMA to pay your bill when it comes in. You must go into the store to pay your bill this way. Students get student credit for Kohl’s certificates purchased through the NPMA.

eSCRIPT

This is an easy way to help earn money for the North Penn Music Aides.
Simply go online to www.escrip.com and register the North Penn Music
Aids (note spelling) as your designated recipient-using our ID# of
149032666. Many merchants participate (Pep Boys, Office Max, Linens &
Things, etc.) but the one for us to pay attention to is Genuardi's. Once
enrolled, enter your Genuardi's Club Card number and then every time you
use your Genuardi's club card, 1% of your purchase is automatically
transferred to our account. You can just imagine how quickly this adds
up! Ask your neighbors and family to do the same thing. Collectively if
every NPMA parent who has a Genuardi's card does this, hundreds of
dollars can be raised EACH MONTH! Please take the time to do this. All
monies go into the general fund of the NPMA for the good of the whole
organization.
