Towson University, Towson MD

From New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware
Follow I-95 South to the Baltimore Beltway, I-695 West (extreme right lane as you approach I-695). Follow I-695 towards Towson (this is clearly marked) to Exit 25 Charles Street. At the end of the ramp at the stop sign, turn left and then make another left at the round about on to Charles Street. Follow Charles Street south for 1.7 miles to Towsontowne Boulevard. Turn left at the traffic signal (you can’t turn right because Towsontowne dead ends into Charles Street). Proceed on Towsontowne Boulevard seven-tenths of a mile to the next traffic light. Turn right on to Osler Drive and proceed one-half mile to Auburn Drive. Take a right onto Auburn. The Towson Center is just over the hill on the right and Johnny Unitas Stadium is on left.



 

Widener Univerisity (North Penn vs Cardinal O'Hara)

Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 20, I-476. Take I-476 South toward Chester to Exit 1 (MacDade Boulevard).

Turn west onto MacDade Boulevard. Follow the Widener University sign. MacDade Boulevard will become East 22nd Street. Turn left onto Providence Avenue, Route 320 South.

Follow the Widener University sign. Turn left onto East 14th Street.

Go two blocks to Walnut Street and turn left.  Go to 17th Street and turn right (first street after Kirkbride Hall).  Continue straight through campus to athletic facilities.

Turn right onto Harleysville Pike/PA RT.113 (.07 miles)

Turn sharp left onto Bergey Rd. (0.7 miles)

Towson University, Towson MD

Allentown - J. Birney Crum Stadium

Allentown, PA

North/East/West of Allentown: Take Route 22, exiting at 15th St. Proceed south towards town for approximately 1-1/2 miles past Trexler Middle School (left) and the Armory (right) to Linden St. If you cross Hamilton, you have gone one block too far. Turn right onto Linden and proceed past William Allen High School. J. Birney Crum Stadium is on the right at the bottom of the hill.

South/North of Allentown: Northbound on I-78, exit at Lehigh St. Bear right onto Lehigh inbound towards the city. If you’re coming southbound on 78, bear left onto Lehigh St. at the light at the bottom of the exit ramp. Pass under the highway towards town. At the Parkway Shopping Center bear left at the light and proceed over the Little Lehigh River (one mile), uphill to Hamilton St. The next block is Linden St. Turn left onto Linden and proceed past William Allen High School. J. Birney Crum Stadium is on the right at the bottom of the hill.

Take the Atlantic City Expressway East to Exit 2 (Rt. 40/322 -- Black Horse Pike). Take Rt. 40/322 East for 1½ miles to the ballpark.


Regional Championship at Bridgeport

From North or South
* Take I-95 to exit 27A (Routes 8/25).
* Once on Route 8/25 Connector, take Exit 4 - Lindley Street.
* Take a left off the exit ramp & a left at the first light onto Capitol Avenue.
* Go 3 more lights crossing Main Street, Madison Avenue and then turn left on Lincoln Blvd.
* Go through the gates with " Central Pride " emblazoned on them.
* Keep right & follow road to the back where you’ll see the stadium.

Directions to Glen Mills High School

·        Take I-476 South to Rt.1

·        Take Rt. 1 South towards Lima

·        Cont. on Rt 1 South passing the Granite Run Mall on your right and the Franklin Mint on your left

·        After you pass the Franklin Mint go to the 3rd traffic light which is Cheyney Rd. and make a Right onto Cheyney Rd.

·        Follow Cheyney Rd. to the 3rd Stop Sign which is Glenn Mills Rd and turn Right onto Glenn Mills Rd.

·        Glenn Mills School is approx 1 mile on the Left.

 


 


Directions to Giants Stadium:

Northbound on the New Jersey Turnpike: Take the western spur to exit 16W, which provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas.

Getting to the Arena once you exit at 16W: After paying the toll at 16W, proceed straight on the exit ramp, over Route 3. Pass the ramps for Route 3 East, and Route 3 West, and continue until you enter Sports Complex property. As you enter the Sports Complex, the first right turn you come to (a horseshoe turn) is Stadium Club Road. Make this right, and follow Stadium Club Road straight to Continental Airlines Arena.

Northbound on the Garden State Parkway: Follow the Parkway north to exit 153A and follow Route 3 east to the Sports Complex.

BOA Regional Championships

From North Penn High School

The following directions are from the Bands of America Web Site (http://www.bands.org/events/regionals/info/ny/directions.html).
I have added the Exit numbers where I can find them.

Take PA Turnpike towards New Jersey. Follow onto the New Jersey Turnpike North to I-278 East (Exit 13). Follow Route I-278 East (Staten Island Expressway) across the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. Follow I-278 North (Queens Expressway) through Brooklyn to I-495 East (Exit 35 - Long Island Expressway). Follow the Long Island Expressway (I-495 East) to Exit 39 South (Glencove Road & Gunea Woods Road). Turn right onto Glencove Road and travel 7 miles to Route 24 East (Fulton Street). Turn Left on Fulton street (Route 24 East) to Hofstra's Campus. Fulton Street turns into Hempstead Pike along the way. Hofstra University is on both sides of Hempstead Pike. You will see two overhead walkways.

According to Microsoft's Expedia web site, distance from North Penn High School is approximately 130 miles, and the estimated driving time is 2 hours, 30 minutes. These driving times are somewhat optimistic and cannot account for local traffic conditions. A word of advice... Plan to leave at or near the time that the student and parent buses leave.


Nazareth Area High School

FROM THE EAST:

Take Route 78 / 22 West to Route 33 North
Take 33 - N to Route 191 Exit (Bangor / Stockertown)
Go left onto 191 Go approx. 2.3 miles to stop sign
Go left onto Center St.
Go straight through next stop sign School is on left

FROM THE WEST:

Take Route 78/22 East to Route 191 North (Nazareth Pike Exit)
Take right onto 191 - N
Continue (approx. 4 miles) until you pass Nazareth Speedway (on your left)
Turn right at second light past Speedway (A Plus Mini Mart)
Go to second light and take left onto Broad St. (at Pizza Hut)
Go two lights and take right onto Center St.
Continue straight .6 miles
School is on left

FROM THE NORTH:

Take Route 33 South
Take Stockertown . Bangor exit (Route 191)
Go right onto Route 191
Go approx. 2.3 miles to stop sign

From PA Turnpike: Get off at (Exit 28), Route 1 North past the Neshaminy mall and Penndel (U.S. 1 Business) exits. At the Middletown Township water towers, exit to the right. Follow the green Neshaminy High School signs.

New Holland, PA

Get on the turnpike at Kulpsville. Head south towards Plymouth Meeting. Get on East-West turnpike at Plymouth Meeting. Head west toward Harrisburg. Go about 40 miles to Morgantown / Reading exit (exit 22). Follow Route 10 South about 1/2 mile to Route 23. Turn right onto Route 23 West. Follow Route 23 West for about 8 miles to New Holland. Follow signs for parking.

When you get there, if at all possible, try to locate other Marching Knights parents. It would be great if we can all be together as a large group to cheer for our Marching Knights as they come by.

The parade starts at 7:00 PM. The Marching Knights should be stepping off at around 7:20 PM.


Phoenixville:  Follow Valley Forge Rd (663) all the way down til it ends at Rt 23. Turn right.  Stay on Rt 23 until you get to Rt 29.  Turn right at the light.  Follow south approx. 3 blocks.  Pass Washington Stadium and make first right for spectator parking.

 


 

Directions to Radnor High School (Archbishop Carroll Game)

Scranton - Lacawanna County Stadium

Take the Northeast extension of the turnpike (476N) to exit 37 Wyoming Valley. Take I-81 North to exit 182 and proceed to Montage Mountain Road. If I remember correctly, you will see the stadium from the highway.


Souderton, PA - Souderton Area High School

Take Route 309 North to the Souderton Exit. Make a left. Go to second light (County Line Road). Make a right. Follow down to the first or second street on the left. Find parking either on a side street or in one of the parking lots to the school.

Gates open at 6:00 p.m.


South Brunswick, NJ

From the South

Take the PA Turnpike East to Route 1 North. Take Route 1 North for about 27 miles to Ridge Road. (There will be a Holiday Inn on the corner.) Make a right onto Ridge, the school will be approximately 2 miles down Ridge on your left (2nd light).

Or

Take Route 130 North to Friendship Road. Make a left onto Friendship. ### Follow approximately 3 miles to New Road. Make a right on New Road, follow to end. Make a left on Ridge Road. Follow as it winds through Monmouth Junction. School will be on your right after residential section.

From the North

Take the Turnpike South to Exit 9. Follow signs to Route 1 South. *** Route 1 South to Ridge Road. Make a jughandle left (There will be a Holiday Inn on the corner). Follow Ridge Road approximately 2 miles. School will be on your left.

Or

Take the Garden State Parkway to exit for Route 1 South. Follow as above at ***.

From the New Jersey Turnpike

Take Exit 8A – Jamesburg/Cranbury. Go through toll booth, bear right onto Route 32. Follow to Route 130. Cross straight over Route 130 to Friendship Road. Follow as above at ###.

Upper Darby, PA - Upper Darby High School

Get to I-476 Southbound (Blue Route). Follow I-476 south to Exit 9 (Upper Darby / Broomall / Route 3). Get into left lane on the exit ramp. Turn left at traffic light onto Route 3, West Chester Pike. Follow Route 3 (West Chester Pike) approximately 2 miles to the 12th traffic light, Lansdowne Ave / Darby Road (just past Kohl's). Turn right onto Lansdowne Ave. Follow Lansdowne Ave approximately 1.5 miles. High school entrance is on your left.
 

Directions to Villanova Stadium'

Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike Westbound to Exit 25A for Mid-County Interchange/I-476 Interchange.
Follow I-476 South to EXIT 13 (Villanova/St. Davids). At the bottom of the ramp turn right onto Route 30,
also known as Lancaster Avenue. Proceed East on Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) for one-half mile and at the
fourth traffic light you will see Villanova's main parking lot on the right. To reach the Main Gate entrance
turn left at the next light (Ithan Avenue) (NOTE: turn right at this light, not left for spectator parking!!) and follow to the second drive on left, directly across from the Pavilion.

(Schuylkill Expressway) to EXIT 28-A (I-476 South/Chester). Take I-476 South to EXIT 13 (Villanova/ St.

Davids). At the bottom of the ramp turn right onto Route 30 East, also known as Lancaster Avenue Proceed

East on Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) for one-half mile and at the fourth traffic light you will see Villanova's

main parking lot on the right. To reach the Main Gate entrance turn left at the next light (Ithan Avenue) and

follow to the second drive on left, directly across from the Pavilion.



From the South: Take I-95 North to EXIT 7 (I-476 North/Plymouth Meeting). Take I-476 North to EXIT 13

(Villanova/St. Davids). Proceed East on Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) for one-half mile and at the fourth

traffic light you will see Villanova's main parking lot on the right. To reach the Main Gate entrance turn left

at the next light (Ithan Avenue) and follow to the second drive on left, directly across from the Pavilion.
