This event was postponed until 8:15PM due to rain.  Central Bucks then North Penn performed and then there was a rain delay and the show was cancelled.   The NPMK completed their show under the heaviest, hardest, all around nastiest rain I have ever seen them in.   It was a testament to the discipline and dedication of this band... showing why they deserved and won the Esprit d'Corp US Marine award in Allentown a week later.
