Beef and Beverage Auction

Dear Parents and Alumni:

In an effort to reduce the number of fundraisers conducted during the year, the North Penn Music Aides has decided to hold a Beef and Beverage auction on November 22, 2008.  The event will have both a Live and Silent Auction.  Similar events held by other organizations have raised a significant amount of money.

In addition to raising money to enable the Music Aides to support the North Penn Marching Knights, NP Jazz and Lab Bands, the NP Percussion Ensemble and NP Visual Ensemble, the event will also provide members of these groups to earn student credit.  Students will earn 10% of the ticket price for each ticket sold.  Students will also be able to earn student credit for items donated to the auction in their name.  Student credit will be 50% of the value earned the evening of the auction.

How can you help?  Attached is a donation solicitation letter and donation form you can use to get donations from local companies (for example:  salons, restaurants, fitness centers, real estate agencies, sporting event tickets, museum passes, florists, crafts, contractors, jewelry stores, music lessons, round of golf, travel agents, vacation home, etc.).  Please use your contacts to support this event and your student.
